Water damaged iPods are taken on a case by case basis. iPods with liquid damage MUST be taken to the iRepair Clinic as soon as possible for repair. iPods that have been totally submerged in any liquid can not usually be repaired. iPods that have been damaged by liquids other than clean water (salt water, beverages, soaked by rain, etc.) usually can not be repaired.

No, the iRepair Clinic can usually only repair iPods damaged by natural causes and will not accept iPods that have been taken apart by the customer.

Any iPod service that goes unpaid for 30 days will be assessed $25 per month storage fees. After 60 days, we reserve the right to remove our own parts and recycle the remaining customer parts to recover our service charges.
